The Common Paper SLA is a modular add-on to the Common Paper CSA. 

How to use

1. Customize your SLA metrics in the CSA Cover Page - Use the CSA Cover Page to describe the terms of the products and services being sold, including the terms of your SLA.
2. Send for signature - Once both parties have agreed on the terms, send the Cover Page for signature using your preferred method.
